Mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.
For
Flu, cold, fever, weak circulation, cough, sore throat, digestive complaints, flatulence, nausea, lack of appetite; rheumatism, arthritis, muscular pains, aches, cramps and stiffness; before sports to prevent muscular pains and cramps (combine with rosemary), and toothaches (compress or direct application with cotton bud).
