How to use
Undiluted for certain complaints/ailments; mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.
For
Physical weakness, headache, migraine, cold, fever, asthma, nausea, stomach / intestinal cramps; weak menstruation, high blood pressure; oily, impure skin, insect bites, herpes; nervousness, insomnia, mental exhaustion, anger, sadness, and lack of concentration.
Note: Use on skin only well diluted (but can be applied neat, e.g. on herpes blisters).
