Our oil is cold-pressed from the beans. It contains proteins, minerals, myristic acid and a substance which mimics collagen. It is also rich in Vitamin E. Jojoba oil cannot become rancid and has a neutral natural aroma. All in all this certainly is one of the most valuable/beneficial carrier oils.
Jojoba oil is suitable for all skin types, but in particular for combination, inflamed, reddened, mature, oily, dry and sensitive skin. Use for acne, eczema, psoriasis, soreness, stretch marks, chapped lips, dry skin on the head (e.g. if suffering from dandruff) body care after sunbathing because of its highly anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effect. It is extremely well absorbed by our skin and it nurtures, protects and regulates the levels of moisture without adding grease to the skin. It has a natural sun-protection factor of 3.
It can be used undiluted on the body, face and hair or scalp.
