How to use
Undiluted for certain complaints/ailments; mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.

Digestive system, especially the stomach, anti-spasmodic, flatulence, dyspepsia; liver tonic; increases bile production and therefore is useful for the absorption of fats; antiseptic, diuretic; clears mental fatigue; oral health, ulcers, fresh breath.
Note: Do not use on the body during pregnancy and generally only highly diluted on skin.
